Asus sent it back without the OS

Ok, Asus sent it back three weeks later. They replaced the CPU but no OS recovery, matter of fact the BIOS doesn't even show the Hard drive. One hour later on tech support and back it goes. Maybe they'll fix it this time.

The Wrong System Discs?

Geek Squad just told me the discs were wrong and I was going to have to send the system to Asus for a system recovery. I get my money back for the System discs as the Estore doesn't seem to carry my OS restore discs for my computer.
