So They get back to me...
So I have been chatting with an Asus rep, who Said he would check into the problem. Which translates to my computer being sent back with an invalid copy of windows. So I contacted the credit card copy with all documentation. State also got back to me as well, so this should get interesting.

And the Crickets Keep Chirping.
So it's been awhile. I sent a postal letter off to their Asus Corp in California, alas nothing back. So I've contacted the Credit Card Company to see about buyer protection and also waiting for the Case Number back from the Consumer Protection division of the Attorney General's Office. Sent the system back to Asus using their return postage and let's see what happens.
